I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The staff were lovely and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was brilliant, with the tower and tram stop within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of cereal and a full cooked breakfast.

The rooms were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with a wide selection of options to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located close to local sights and shops, making it a great base to explore the area.
We had some trouble finding parking on the street, but this was easily remedied by using a nearby car park. we found that the rooms lacked proper soundproofing, and noise from outside was quite audible at night.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and a variety of dining options. The beautifully decorated and spacious bedrooms provide a comfortable stay. The delicious breakfast offered a variety of options and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained and clean. The hotel provided a welcoming and home-like atmosphere.
There were occasional disturbances from outside noise, but it did not significantly impact the overall experience.

Spent Christmas here and couldn't have made a better choice. Rooms were cozy and spotlessly clean, equipped with flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the main attractions and just a stone's throw from the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Breakfast was served hot and included a variety of options. One of the best experiences was the stunning sea views from our room and the lounge area. Truly magical.
The heating which was turned up high and made the rooms uncomfortably warm at night. We had to open the windows creating a cold draught.
